Mixing Patterns
I was always scared to mix patterns and prints. I thought it was weird. You might think it’s weird too. Actually, it’s probably one of the coolest things about fashion ….. well at least for me it is. There are so many ways to mix and match your patterns and prints. Here are a couple of inspirational looks for you!
Here I have on camou shorts, black tank, cropped jean jacket, knee high boots, and what do ya know??? A red and black flannel. Also known as the “Christmas flannel” lol. Call me late to the game but a year or so ago I would have never mixed patterns. I know right?? BORING! I even grabbed one my bags with the classic Gucci design and added that pattern to the bunch too. This was one of my favorite outfits because I had finally stepped outside of the box. The shorts were pants until I got bored and cut them. I bought them from Cotton On. You can find the flannel from literally anywhere like Target or Walmart. My jacket came from Target but I did cut it myself 😉.
Here is just another pose of the pic above. And yes it’s camouflage again! But this time I wore leopard booties and added a classic design Burberry crossbody (better view at the top). I got the booties from Frock Candy and the jacket from Target.
