I NEVER dress up for Halloween. I’m just not big on it. I really don’t want to celebrate it but I don’t want to take those experiences away from my children. I trick or treated when I was a kid so ….. I think my kids should too.

We (my husband and I) were invited to our close friend’s birthday party and just so happened, it was a Halloween party too so we had to dress up. Like I said earlier, I never dress up so I had no clue on what I was going to be. We wanted to dress alike but that didn’t work out because we couldn’t find anything. To be honest, we waited until the day of to find something 😩. And we had to drive an hour away.

We ended up finding something at the party store after much frustration …. I think I was a viking lol … I just had to buy the cape. I had everything else at home. When we arrived to the party, they asked me if I was from “Game of Thrones”. I never watched “Game of Thrones” a day in my life but I was like … “🤔 🤷🏽‍♀️ sure” 😂😂😂. We had much needed fun! Mom and Dad night out.
